1. General Overview
V TALK INDIA is committed to providing high-quality work permit & immigration services. We understand that circumstances may change, leading to the need for a refund or cancellation of services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed.
2. Refund Eligibility
– 100% Refund: A full refund will be granted if a refund request is made within 24 hours of application registration. No processing fee will be deducted in this case. Except application fee of Rs.4, 999.
– Refund After 24 Hours and Within One Week: If a refund request is made after 24 hours but within one week from the date of application registration, a processing fee of INR 15,000 will be deducted from the refund amount.
– Refund Post One Week: For refund requests made after one week from the date of application registration, 50% of the total deposited fee shall be processed as a refund.
3. No Refund Policy
– Services Rendered as Per Agreement: If the services have been provided in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions, no refund shall be processed. This includes instances where the service has commenced or been completed as per the agreement between V TALK INDIA and the client.
4. Refund Process
– Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the V TALK INDIAsupport team via email or in person.
– Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of registration.
5. Amendments to the Policy
V TALK INDIA reserves the right to amend or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through the official website or via direct communication.
